AHP Career Track: Assistant Editor Horse Illustrated Magazine, a national, all–breed, all discipline magazine, and Young Rider, the top youth equestrian publication, are seeking an assistant editor in our Lexington, Ky., office. Knowledge of horses and riding activities required. The assistant editor supports the editorial staff in all aspects of magazine production, including copy editing, proofreading and working with freelancer writers and photographers. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English or journalism, knowledge of PC-based and Mac systems (Microsoft Office, Quark X-press) is a must.
