AHP Career Track: Graphic Design/Production Artist Fort Worth based organization is looking for an experienced graphic design/production artist and magazine layout professional. The Graphic Artist must have an eye for great designs and a passion for producing quality magazine advertisements and creating in-house marketing materials.
The American Paint Horse Association is a non-profit, membership based organization dedicated to the Paint Horse and the individuals whose common bond is a love for the breed. APHA’s business is to collect, record and preserve the American Paint Horse pedigrees and to manage business related to the history, breeding , exhibition, publicity, sale, racing, promotion or improvements to the breed.
We are located in North Fort Worth near I35W and loop 820.
Job Requirements: Two to five years experience in Graphic Design MAC proficient and have a solid understanding of layout, the printing process and file correction. Must have experience using Quark Xpress , Adobe CS3 Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, BareBones and Xdata software. Filemaker Pro experience a plus, as well as experience in the Equine industry. Must be detail oriented and must be able to work in a fast paced team environment Must be flexible and be able to multi-task Degree in Art or Graphic Design preferred.
