EasyCare is seeking a Graphic Designer that will work directly with the Marketing Director to conceptualize, design, and produce promotional materials such as: catalogs, flyers, mailers, advertising campaigns, brochures, logos, signage, packaging, web graphics including regular website updates and maintenance, tradeshow displays, CD-ROMs and whatever else may be needed. 

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Creating various marketing collateral

• Prepping and packaging files for print

• Producing a yearly product catalog

• Formatting ads for various monthly publications

• Digital product photography

  • In house studio photography

  • Organizing outdoor photo shoots (may require some travel)

• Color correcting and retouching images

• Maintaining image library

• Regular website updates and additions

• Writing copy for various materials

• Providing files as requested to third parties

• Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs

• Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field

 Qualifications:

• 2+ years Web Design experience

• Candidate should be a self-motivated, creative thinker with knowledge of both web and print media

• Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment

• Strong typographic, composition and layout skills required

• A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected

• Must be proficient on a PC based platform with Adobe Creative Suite 3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Must have the ability to handle projects, work independently and in a team atmosphere

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent required and 2-4 years of experience in the field of graphics design or in a related area

• Illustration skills a plus

• Horse related experience a plus
