AHP Career Track: Clinton Anderson Clinician Academy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the skills to assist in getting this project implemented.  The Academy is a new venture and the procedures are not yet defined.  The administrator will need the flexibility to work with this level of uncertainty, and also the initiative to help define or change procedures as the need arises and to document them accordingly. The successful candidate will be both academic and socially literate:  a strong relationship builder on the phone, an excellent communicator in writing and adept with financial information.  Attention to detail and the ability to manage a wide variety of complex tasks in parallel.  The candidate must have the initiative to do the right thing in situations where processes and procedures are not well defined.  The candidate must be highly computer literate.  DUH continually expects to employ professionals who will work beyond job descriptions creating both a fulfilling career environment and successful outcomes for our clients.

Job Requirements:  A Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years applied administrative experience, broad applied customer service skills including excellent verbal and written skills. Knowledge and belief in the Clinton Anderson Method and the ability to apply it, equine experience is required, must be proficient in all applications of MS office products, excellent organizational skills and must pass a required background investigation.  Be able to multi-task to the level of being capable of controlling multiple items to be delivered on time while operating with the highest level of professionalism.  Must have demonstrable experience in working in a team environment and at all times promote the principles of excellent customer service.

This is a full time position which includes paid holidays, personal time off, 401K and health insurance is available.
