The Washington International Horse Show seeks an Office and Events Coordinator. An excellent entry level opportunity to join a growing team at one of the world's most recognized equestrian events, this will be a full-time, year-round position based in Washington, DC. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Office and Events Coordinator will be responsible for receptionist, office management and administrative duties. This position will also support the activities of the Operations Director including logistical and operational projects, boutique vendor strategy, souvenir strategy and Barn Night and other special events. The Office and Events Coordinator will also assist with critical marketing and sponsorship sales projects as assigned.
