Small but Mighty

At the "Small But Mighty" workshop for publishers of smaller publications at the AHP Seminar in Park City, Utah, in June, moderator Warren Wilson of the California Horsetrader a questionnaire to help participants evaluate their respective publications and derive an "Identity Statement."

"Vision", "Identity" and "Efficiency" (V.I.E.) are three components Warren says lead to publishing success. Properly conceived, the "Identity Statement," different from a publisher's "Mission Statement," accurately defines core reasons for a publication's business -- in short, the nuts-and-bolts reason for its existence.

This following questionnaire is part of a "Small But Mighty" publisher's identification process. AHP members may download this questionnaire, complete it and email their results to Warren at wilson@horsetrader.com. He will use a tabulation key to calculate scores before returning the confidential results to the participating publisher.
