AHP Bulletin Board: Writers and Photographers Start Planning Now for WEG 2010 Posted by:

The World Equestrian Games 2010 is currently creating a preliminary application list for media credentials. According to Amy Walker, Public Relations Manager, World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc., the actual credential application will be sent out in the spring of 2009 to persons on this list.
I would encourage writers, photographers, videographers, and anyone else seeking credentials for WEG 2010 to work cooperatively with fellow AHP members. Not everyone will be credentialed, but many publications and Web sites will want information about the World Games for their audiences.
The AHP is working with WEG 2010 to ensure our members have access to the information they need leading up to the Games, as well as during and after the competitions. We will be creating a survey in the near future to ask you about your coverage plans and what you need to provide excellent coverage of this important event to your audiences.
