The Mall also houses an entrance to the Riverwalk, where you can start your journey with a cruise or strolling along the landscaped path of restaurants and shops. Within the walls of the Menger Hotel are several boutique and souvenir shops as well as the Alamo Visitor Center, where you can purchase tickets to the attractions. Historic buildings, modern day shopping, restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance.

- Seminar registration: Full registration fee includes all sessions on Friday and Saturday, PLUS breakfast, lunch, Welcome Reception, Student Award Party, and Awards Banquet.
- Early Bird Registration Fees are $300 for Business and Publishing Media Members; $200 for Individual Members and Publishing Media Members with circulation under 5,000 or average monthly users under 10,000.
- San Antonio Airport is located only 9 miles from the hotel. Shared airport shuttle service is currently $19.25 one-way. Limited valet parking at hotel. A car is not necessary.
