AHP Student Mentoring Program
For AHP Student Members Only

American Horse Publications offers a Student Mentoring Program that pairs professional equine members with AHP student members interested in pursuing a career in the equine publishing industry.

Learn more about what it's like to work in your area of interest - whether you are interested in writing, editing, design, advertising, sales, public relations or marketing- and learn more about how you can prepare for a career in this exciting industry.

Efforts are made to match students with a professional in the same geographical area so that face-to-face meetings can be part of the experience. Activities can include but are not limited to resume and portfolio review, job interview preparation, and career advice. Contact will be suggested on at least a quarterly basis at minimum.

If you are currently not an AHP Student Member and would like to join for $25 a year, please complete the Student Member application available online under JOIN AHP and send with your dues payment to: American Horse Publications, 49 Spinnaker Circle, South Daytona, FL 32119.
