After a successful first year, Sagebrush Rider is kicking off 2019 with a big change! Sagebrush Rider launched in early 2018 as a monthly magazine focused on Nevada's equestrian communities. Since then, it has grown tremendously, reaching readers across the state and far beyond. To better meet the needs of its readers, Sagebrush Rider is transitioning from a monthly magazine to an online news site.
"Saying goodbye to the magazine is bittersweet," says Editor in Chief Samantha Szesciorka. "But, the new format will allow us to share even more content, more often with our readers."
Sagebrush Rider publishes in-depth feature stories, destination spotlights, profiles, and much more. All of the content published over the past year can be found on Sagebrush Rider's newly designed website. Going forward, all news and stories will be posted directly to the website.
"The new format will make it easier for visitors to find, read, and share the stories that interest them," says Szesciorka.
Sagebrush Rider is the only media outlet exclusively focused on Nevada's equestrian communities. Our mission is to raise awareness of equestrian opportunities and services in the state, to highlight and celebrate Nevada equestrians, and to get more people out riding.
