Horizon Structures LLC, is pleased to step up for the 3rd consecutive year to offer a FREE horse barn. This year Horizon Structures has upped the size of the barn from a run-in shed to a 12’ x 20’, 2-stall barn with overhang and tack/storage room, as part of the Barnfest 2020 Contest. The contest is open now, nationwide. It offers a great opportunity for folks to make a difference by helping out their favorite 501(c)3 registered horse rescue organization, as well as being automatically entered themselves for a hefty package prize any horse lover would appreciate.
This year Horizon Structures ‘to the rescue’ program is bigger and better than ever. As a leading modular construction company of structures for all things ‘ creatures great and small’, the team at Horizon is thrilled to have collaborated with folks at like-minded businesses that also want to ‘Give Thanks’ this holiday season. Purina Animal Nutrition, Farnam®, Lami-Cell® and EQUUS magazine, are all offering great prizes too. FREE feed, horse care products and equestrian equipment and subscriptions are all up for grabs.
Due in part to the Covid19 pandemic, horse rescues are seeing more horses in need of help than ever before. Budgets for equine care are stretched to the limit due to cancellation of fundraising events and on-site activities. Barnfest 2020 is the perfect way to ensure a lucky winner has the ability to feed and shelter additional equines, and all it takes to give them a shot is for folks that care to step in and nominate them for the big $18200 prize.
“It is always a lot of work to put these contests together,” explained Jill Siragusa, Chief Marketing Officer at Horizon Structures, LLC, “ But the rewards are worth every ounce of effort. Our team at Horizon loves working with all clients to fulfill their barn owning dreams, but it is always an especially poignant experience when we are able to donate or discount a structure to a worthy rescue or sanctuary to provide super top quality housing for animal care, whether it be equines with our horse barns or canines with our commercial kennel buildings. We know our structures will provide comfort for these animals for many years to come, and that is simply a feeling that cannot be matched.”
Sharing is caring when it comes to this contest and the season of goodwill is a great time to give back. Please share news of this event to help spread the word. When folks nominate their favorite rescue they can’t help but feel good about their participation and effort to make a difference in the lives of horses in need of help.
