EQUUS Film Channel partners with Mark Bedor and His Program “Today’s Wild West” for Some Western Adventure

The EQUUS Film Channel will be adding “Today’s Wild West” from director Mark Bedor, the winner of the National Cowboy Museum’s 2018 Western Heritage Award for best Western Lifestyle TV show, to the EQUUS Film channel in 2021.

‘Today’s Wild West’ is a half hour magazine show, combining Mark’s experience as a television news anchor and reporter with his love of the West. Written, directed, and hosted by Mark Bedor – author, photographer, musician, horseman, cowboy.

The debut episode profiles the exciting Single Action Shooting Society, The Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association, Western Stuntman Loren Janes, Artist Reine River, and shows how you can confidently and safely learn to ride a horse. Over the last 15-plus years, Mark Bedor’s photography of the people and places of the American West has been published in more than two dozen magazines. His photography is also featured in two beautiful coffee table books: Great Ranches of Today’s Wild West; and Great Rides of Today’s Wild West and many of the places featured in the TV show Today’s Wild West are also featured in the books.

EQUUS is excited to bring this inspiring Western content to the channel and we are looking forward to embracing an ever-growing, horse loving, Cowboy & Cowgirl audience.
