Larry Sanchez is the Head Coach of the Oklahoma State University Equestrian Team located in Stillwater, OK. Larry has been leading the Oklahoma State Equestrian program as its Head Coach for twenty years. Under his guidance, OSU has won the National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) National Championships six times and he has coached numerous All-American and All-Big 12 selections. Larry is also an American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) carded judge, breeder and competitor.

Athletic Equestrian is the organization that oversees the Athletic Equestrian League, Athletic Equestrian Clinics and the upcoming book to be published by Horse and Rider Books, Athletic Equestrian: Ride Like a Varsity Athlete by Sally Batton and Christina Keim.
The Athletic Equestrian League is an organization of equestrian athletes who compete in individual competition offered in both English and Western disciplines. The AEL includes a Minis development division for 1st-3rd grades and competition for 4th-12th graders, Collegiate riders and adults.
