Everything Horses and Livestock Magazine announced the launch of the “HoofNit™ Podcast” last month. We mentioned our ability to be mobile. Since then, we have been “hoof n it” around meeting new business owners and interviewing very interesting people.
Our first Mobile Podcast was with Riley Olson from Agape Ranch Ministries. Riley allowed us to interview him and video his colt training class with his students. We watched Riley and the facilitators work with the young men and their colts. The training they provide the young men and the horses is something I wished I had received when I was a youth. These are life changing experiences. The horses that come from this ranch are very well trained and ready for whatever work is needed of them. When the young men complete the colt training at the end of the year, the horse they personally trained will go in the production sale, which is being held September 16-17th. Along with that they are holding a horsemanship clinic with Curt Pate and having their 2nd Annual Ranch horse Futurity.
