From September 6 to 12, Michael Gascon will host a first of its kind mental training session called Confidence Coaching Week. The event is a free, virtual event that will provide live daily coaching, interactive question and answer sessions, daily prompts for practice and mindset discussions amongst enrolled members.
“We’ve developed a world-class horse training system and have been offering that information to owners and riders to help them find success in the past four years,” says Gascon. “However, we’ve found that the biggest limiting factor that takes the longest to fix is our own confidence.
Because of this, The Horse Guru is hosting Confidence Coaching Week as a way to jump start the process of growing the rider’s confidence in themselves. “We want to help them believe in themselves just as much as they do our training process,” he says.
