Of course, you can’t miss Fantasia! Equine Affaire’s musical celebration of the horse returns on Nov. 6, 7, and 8 at 7:30 pm in the Coliseum for three performances only. Sponsored by Myhre Equine Clinic, this year’s Fantasia features a thrilling lineup of dressage stars Vitor Silva, Jane Karol and Hope Cooper, the Canadian Cowgirls, Liberty Cunningham, the Whispery Pines Percherons, Ermes Zamperla and his troupe, Luke and Kaylee Gingerich, Bryan Penquite, and so many more. Tickets are selling fast. Get yours today! Doors to the Coliseum will open at 6:30 pm each evening.

Equine Affaire is home to the largest horse-related trade show in the east. Browse acres of booths sprawled across multiple buildings – and while you shop, support your favorite trade show exhibitors through the Best Booth Award contest. On Thursday afternoon of the event, the Equine Affaire staff will tour the show to select the top five finalist booths based on a selection of criteria, including innovation, creativity, and visual interest. These booths will be photographed and then posted on our official Facebook and Instagram profiles so that fans can vote for their favorites until Saturday, November 8, at noon. Keep an eye out for the winning announcement on Saturday, then visit the winner’s booth on Sunday to congratulate them!

Don’t miss the return of the always-thrilling Versatile Horse and Rider Competition, sponsored by Chewy! The VHRC will take place on Friday, November 7, in the US Equestrian Arena. Dozens of eager riders applied, but only twenty-five lucky competitors made the cut this year. If you love watching horses and riders battle it out for bragging rights (and up to $5,500 in cash and other prizes!) as they race the clock and navigate a challenging and exciting obstacle course, you’ve got to come watch the VHRC. Check out our event schedule, posted online, for more details!

The Breed Bonanza, sponsored by Sentinel by Kent and Blue Seal, returns to Equine Affaire on Sunday, November 9! Featuring both a Youth and an Adult section, this unique under saddle rail class will showcase all three gaits (or equivalent for gaited horses) in both directions. A carefully curated panel of three judges, consisting of a breeder, a horse show judge, and a professional trainer, will bring their unique backgrounds and perspectives to the ring as they select and crown the 2025 Youth and Adult Breed Bonanza Champions. Make sure to attend and cheer on these horses and riders! They’ll be dressed in their Sunday best and ready to shine.

Brimming with horse breeds ranging from the familiar to the exotic, Equine Affaire’s Breed Pavilion is home to dozens of horses who serve as friendly and beautiful ambassadors for their breeds. Located in the Stroh Building, visitors can walk through the Breed Pavilion any time during the event and take selfies with the horses, meet their owners, and learn more about their registries and associations.

New this year, the Breed Pavilion in the Stroh will also be home to the inaugural Donkey Extravaganza in Massachusetts! This exciting new feature will include its own dedicated donkey demo ring; opportunities to meet, pet, and admire donkeys up close; and the chance to learn all about donkeys from a variety of donkey-related organizations and associations. If you love the long-ear, you’ve got to visit the Donkey Extravaganza!

Got a used horse trailer, truck, ATV, tractor, or other large wheeled farm equipment you’d like to sell? Consider selling it on the brand-new Wheels & Deals Boulevard! On the Boulevard, you can rent a parking spot for a small fee and invite potential buyers to “wheel and deal” with you as you broker the sale of your big ticket item. With tens of thousands of horse enthusiasts in attendance, Equine Affaire is the perfect place to sell your wheels!
