Customer Care Team Member

Attention North Carolina Equestrians! Durham-based equestrian innovator ThinLine Global is seeking a full time customer care team member. ThinLine offers a friendly, motivating and exciting work environment where you will get to talk “horse” all day! Horse experience required.

$17-$24/hour depending on experience, plus a generous employee discount!

What you’ll get to do:
-Become an important member of the ThinLine team.
-Answer phones and emails to help customers shop, take or place orders, troubleshooting problems, and assisting them as needed.
-Office administrative work – (Duties could include but are not limited to: filing, mailing, data entry, taking meeting minutes, processing claims and returns, entering orders and sales.)
-Warehouse and shipping work @ 10% of your hours.

Qualities we are looking for:
-Willingness to collaborate with other team members
-Candidate must come into office so living locally is best
-Experienced equestrian with a passion for helping horses and riders
-Self-starter mentality
-3+ years of customer service experience (entry level candidates considered)
-Positive and enthusiastic attitude
-Communicates clearly and effectively
-Our ideal candidate would also be willing to help in our warehouse with product packaging and shipping orders out to eager equestrians and their horses!
