National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA) promotes the advancement of the show horse industry through competition, education, and opportunity. As a leading organization in western and hunter under saddle events, NSBA celebrates the values of integrity, sportsmanship, and community.

NSBA is seeking a skilled contract photographer/videographer with experience in equine photography and videography to join our team during the 2025 NSBA World Championship Show. This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity for an individual looking to gain real-world experience, working closely with the Marketing Department to assist in the production and digital storytelling at one of the industry's premier events.

Duration: NSBA World Championship Show August 7-17, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Responsibilities:

• Capture high quality photographs and short form videos of horses, riders and key moments during the show
• Edit and deliver daily content for use on social media and other platforms
• Work alongside team of content creators to cover activities across arenas and/or special events during the event
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align content with NSBA's brand and event goals
• Manage fast-paced and varied work hours to cover all aspects of the event (typically 12+ hours)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in equine photography and videography, preferably in equine sports
• Ability to shoot, edit and deliver content on tight deadlines
• Must have camera equipment
• Must provide a portfolio of previous work in equine photography and videography
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and contribute to a team environment

Salary: $250 per day
