Wendy Murdoch Invites Horsewoman of All Ages and Disciplines to ‘Become the Rider You’ve Always Wanted To Be”

Are fears creeping into your thoughts when you’re in the saddle? Do you feel out of balance or out of alignment but don’t know how to fix it? Are aches and pains slowing you down? Or have you simply lost the joy in riding?

If any of these sound familiar, Wendy encourages you to join The Whole Rider™ priority notification VIP list today. You’ll be the first to know more about her innovative new online Whole Rider Course as information becomes available.

“I’ve spent almost 40 years working through my own riding challenges as a result of a severe riding accident in 1984,” says Wendy. “My self-guided recovery taught me how to help horsewomen overcome fear, imbalances, and pain in order to rediscover the joy of riding. Now I want to share my approach with a larger audience.”

For years, Wendy has tossed around the idea of an online course, one that combined her background in science, her certification in the Feldenkrais Method®, and her novel, out-of-the box approach to teaching riders. She has always incorporated techniques from Feldenkrais into her lessons and clinics, but offering a web-based course allows her to reach a broader audience as well as more fully integrate the core principles of this Method.

Riders who sign up for The Whole Rider priority notification VIP list will receive an email inviting them to a FREE video series in May, kicking off the course. Wendy will also be doing a webinar to introduce participants to the Feldenkrais Method as she’s applied it to riders, and to the upcoming lessons themselves. The course will consist of comfortable, fun, and easy movements that anyone can do, regardless of age or condition.

“The key to understanding our own body and to having clear communication with the horse is to become aware of our habitual thought patterns and restricted movements,” says Wendy. “When we can use our bodies in the way they were designed, so too can the horse. In this way, we can achieve our goal of harmony in the saddle.”

Whether your ultimate goal is to get back in the saddle after time off, compete in a show, or enjoy a relaxing trail ride, there’s no time like the present and no instructor like Wendy Murdoch!
