2022 USPC Championships West Kicks Off July 1; 2022 USPC Championships East Starts July 27

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc. is heading to Twin Rivers Ranch in Paso Robles, Calif., July 1-8, for the 2022 USPC Championships West, and Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) in Mill Spring, N.C., July 27-31 for the 2022 USPC Championships East.

Each year, USPC holds National Championships in Dressage, Western Dressage, Eventing, Mounted Games, Polocrosse, Quiz, Show Jumping, and Tetrathlon, plus the new addition of invitational competitions for Gymkhana and Western Trail. All members competing at Championships qualify through participation in regional rallies, where teams of members are selected. Teams are scored not only on their success in the ring or on the field, but also on their Horse Management skills and knowledge.

“We really look forward to the USPC Championships every year, as our members showcase, not only their competitive skill, but also their skills in horse management, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship,” said Teresa Woods, USPC Executive Director.

For many members of Pony Club, the USPC Championships are the culmination of their hard work over the past year. Their dedication to their clubs, horses, and studies is exemplified in their ability to qualify for the USPC Championships, where they can exhibit their skill and knowledge. More than just a competition, the USPC Championships provides excellent educational opportunities for members to continue to expand their knowledge and capabilities. Competitors should be proud to make it to the USPC Championships, and The United States Pony Clubs wishes the best of luck to those participating.
