Equestrian Stockholm Celebrates International Women’s Day with Black Raven Collection to Benefit #WeRideTogether

Percentage of Sales to Support Organization Committed to Ending Sexual Misconduct in Sport and Dedicates Collection to #RideForWomen

Equestrian Stockholm, a leading equestrian fashion brand known for its elegantly-designed, high-performance products and commitment to both sustainability and female empowerment, is once again celebrating its dedication to #RideForWomen. Launching on International Women’s Day, the Black Raven Collection will benefit #WeRideTogether, a non-profit on a mission to prevent sexual misconduct in sport through education, awareness, and resources. The modern but classic collection features vibrant, dark purple hues to reflect the confidence and individuality of women everywhere.   For the month of March, 5% of profits from the Black Raven collection will benefit #WeRideTogether. The complete collection includes Equestrian Stockholm’s new, ultra-flattering riding tights and super-soft Revolve jacket as well as both their classic puff saddle pad for dressage and show jumping and the new technical saddle pads. This fearless and stunning collection is consciously crafted with high-quality, quick-dry, and recycled materials. The Black Raven Collection also includes a matching fleece bandage, ear bonnet, front and hind boots, halters and lead rope.

“Our mission is to inspire women to go after their goals and to follow their dreams. For the #RideForWomen campaign, we want to unite horse lovers worldwide; to inspire women to feel unstoppable – and together we are stronger,” said Johanna Von Sydow, CEO & Founder of Equestrian Stockholm. “In our ongoing efforts to celebrate women, it’s important for us to give back to an organization like #WeRideTogether.  They are doing so much to help keep horse sport safe for all athletes by providing educational tools, bringing awareness to the subject of sexual abuse, and enabling important dialogue around all forms of misconduct and abuse.”

Founded in 2021, #WeRideTogether started as an awareness campaign and educational website designed to empower, inform and unite the equestrian community around sexual misconduct prevention. Showcasing powerful first-person interviews from sexual abuse survivors, #WeRideTogether promotes transparent dialogue around sexual misconduct, raises awareness for the many forms grooming and abuse can take, and helps diminish the stigma and fear of coming forward by giving survivors a safe platform to share their voices. The organization is creating a blueprint to help make all sports safer for youth, amateur, and professional athletes.
