by Nikki Alvin-Smith

Horizon Structures is pleased to announce its 5th Annual Run-In Shed Giveaway Sweepstakes Contest. Who wouldn’t love to own a beautiful 10’ x 20’ run-in shed to keep their horses cool, calm and collected? As an added bonus the contest winner will enjoy free delivery and set up costs as well as this super quality Amish crafted run-in shed.

The contest kicks off on April 1st and entries are accepted online through June 6th, 2023. Details will also be published on Horizon Structures Facebook and Instagram pages, so don’t forget to check in and share the news.

“Horses big and small all need shelter from the hot weather. Generally, equines will use the run-in shed in a pasture more frequently in summer than in the cold winter months. Our ‘Beat The Heat Retreat Sweepstakes, “offers folks the opportunity to win a free run-in shed. The contest is simple to enter, and we hope that publishers and fellow members of the AHP will share news of the contest to help others in need such as horse rescues and equine sanctuaries,” explains veteran C.M.O. Jill Siragusa of Horizon.

The success of the past four Horizon Structures free run-in sheds/barns offered in the nationwide sweepstakes competitions, has seen horse rescues such as Flare Oaks Rescue, NC, and Starfish Equine Rescue, NJ, benefit from their wins in addition to private horse farm owners Bill Wisdom, MO, and Kathy DeNicola, MA, enjoy ownership of these handsomely Amish crafted horse buildings.

“There is nothing better than seeing a horse enjoying the ‘shelter from the summer swelter’ under cover of a run-in shed or safely secure and comfortable in one of our horse barns. The entire team at Horizon Structures loves to give back to the equine and equestrian community and this annual contest is a heartwarming way to accomplish that goal,” says founder and owner of Horizon Structures, Dave Zook.

Stay tuned! 10 finalists will be selected on or about June 21st, 2023, and published through Horizon’s Facebook and Instagram accounts with the final winner being decided on or about July 1st, 2023.
