STEWART, a pioneer creative firm in branding and marketing to the regional business and the national agriculture and animal health/sport industries, has hired Steven Von Gerlachter as its first Vice President of Strategy and Operations.
Steven Von Gerlachter is stepping into the role, bringing more than 12 years of advertising and entrepreneurial experience to the firm. He previously served as VP of Marketing at FireKing and EVP of Strategy and Media at PowerScoppechio. He brings a lean consumer-centric mentality and an understanding of the challenges facing brand-side marketers.

During his time at FireKing, Von Gerlachter planned and oversaw all marketing and branding activities in addition to development and launch of a direct-to-consumer ecommerce initiative. Interestingly, FireKing was one of Stewart’s earliest clients and its brand design has remained largely true to the initial work.

In addition to his leadership experience, Von Gerlachter earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Louisville, where he is now an adjunct faculty member. He also volunteers with the Louisville Ballet Marketing Committee.
