Dorothee has an impressive medal haul to her name as part of the winning German teams at Olympic, World and European championships as well as taking a host of other titles. With her top horse, Showtime, Dorothee achieved Olympic Team Gold at Rio 2016, Team Gold at the 2018 World Equestrian Games at Tryon, Team Gold and Individual Silver in both the Grand Prix Special and Grand Prix Freestyle at the 2019 European Championships in Rotterdam, and Olympic Team Gold again at Tokyo 2020.
The horses’ welfare is the top priority for Dorothee and no stone is left unturned when it comes to ensuring their health and happiness. Based at St Stephan Stud in Framersheim, Germany, the yard is immaculate and functional, with every facility to enable the horses to develop and train in a happy, relaxed environment, supported by Dorothee’s team of riders and grooms.
