I’m excited to further the reach, so more fans of horse books can discover the Marguerite Henry backstory,” Friedland said.
Jon Richstein, owner of Sundial Books on Chincoteague Island, hosted an author signing event and proclaimed Friedland’s fourth title, “An instant classic! ‘Marguerite, Misty and Me’ is essential reading for fans of Marguerite Henry’s ‘Misty of Chincoteague.’ Well-researched and nicely illustrated, Susan Friedland’s book was written with obvious love for her subject.”
