The Grand Oaks Resort is Home to 2024 Palm Equestrian Academy’s Customized Program

Palm Equestrian Academy’s Lynn Palm and Cyril Pittion-Rossillon are hosting their winter Customized Program at the beautiful Grand Oaks Resort in Weirsdale, FL from March 29-April 5. As the only Ocala area-based clinic this year, riders will not want to miss this opportunity where they can truly customize their own training days and times!

Terri from St Augustine, FL, has participated in  at least one Palm Equestrian Academy clinic annually since the early 2000s. Returning with her new young horse training project this year, Terri says she is grateful for “the opportunity to ‘become the rider my horse deserves’ and I have tried to follow the principles of good horsemanship and all that encompasses since my first clinic with Lynn and Cyril over 20 years ago”.

Palm and Pittion-Rossillon offer a comprehensive educational opportunity during each session. The program can be customized per horse and rider needs and may be filled with evening lectures, classroom sessions, demonstrations and lessons under saddle. Topics range from competitive dressage and western dressage to improving horse and rider skills on the trail. The duo will work with all levels of riders following their Palm Equestrian Academy fundamentals.

To close the week’s experience, the teaching duo will accompany riders to the World Equestrian Center in Ocala to measure their success in the show ring during an open breed Western Dressage show. Palm and Pittion-Rossillon will coach riders through their tests and provide them with valuable feedback as they continue to compete in their home regions throughout the year.

The Grand Oaks Resort is a premier vacation destination with over 400 acres of rolling hills blanketed with sweeping canopies of ancient Granddaddy Oaks. A massive covered arena with 20 x 60 dressage court, stabling, camping, lodging and extensive trails riding in one place with The Bistro for daily meals makes the Resort all inclusive.

The combination of first-class instruction and accommodations makes for a unique equestrian education vacation in the Florida sun. To treat yourself to a special gift this spring, contact Marie-Frances Davis at
