These new add-on options were initiated based on members’ interest in including a photo with their release, the ability to add a release to their monthly allotment, and an opportunity for members with a client base to provide an introductory offer to their non-member clients.

AHP Newsgroup eBlast Photo Package
You must be logged into the Member Center as a current member to purchase.
Media Industry, Media Professional, Affiliate Business, and Nonprofit members that are current members may purchase a photo-added annual package that includes a single photo per release published in the eblast version of the AHP Newsgroup.
A single photo may be added to any release within the member’s monthly allotment. Affiliate Business and Nonprofit members receive three releases per month; Media Industry and Media Professional members receive two releases per month. If the member purchases an extra release, a photo may be submitted.
The annual fee is $300 per member. This feature must be used during the current membership year and is good until the membership expires. The photo package option may be ordered anytime during the membership with no refunds, rollovers, or rebates. Payment must be prepaid online before the distribution of the first release with a photo.
The package includes one photo with any release during the length of membership—photos will be used in the eblast version of the AHP Newsgroup only.
The photo image size must be square or horizontal and no more than 600 pixels wide. The image should be submitted as an attachment with the release.

Extra AHP Newsgroup Releases Per Month Pay-to-Play Fee

Media Industry, Media Professional, Affiliate Business and Nonprofit members that are current members may purchase up to two additional AHP Newsgroup press releases per month related to the member only.
Extra releases are additional to the members’ monthly allotment. Affiliate Business and Nonprofit members receive three releases per month; Media Industry and Media Professional members receive two releases per month.
The extra release fee is $50 each. Payment must be prepaid online before distribution.

Introduce Clients to AHP with a Trial Press Release Distribution
You must be logged into the Member Center as a current member to purchase.
2023 Affiliate Business or Media Professional members that offer clients advertising or public relations services are eligible to participate in this option.
Eligible members may submit a one-time press release on behalf of an AHP non-member client for a fee of $250. The offer is good for one release per non-member client. A member may use the option for multiple number of non-member clients, but only one release per client.
Payment must be prepaid online before distribution.
If the client joins AHP and lists the current member’s name on the application, the referring member qualifies for a $10 referral credit toward a 2023 Equine Media Conference registration. See Pay it Forward, Get Rewarded.
This option does not affect the total free releases the member receives per month to promote their services or business.
