Shelley Paulson, a commercial and editorial equestrian photographer based in Minnesota, announces a content update to her Equine Stock Photo Library. The library contains close to 10,000 premium-quality equine and equestrian images, making it easy to find just the right images for your equine brand or publication. “I’ve been excited to get this update out as I have a lot of new images I think will be useful for brands and publications,” Shelley shared, “Of the 740 images added to the library today, 325 are of just horses. I recognized that my most in-demand images in the past year have been photos of horses alone without any people, so I’ve been focused on creating a lot of images for this category.”
Shelley’s plan for the rest of this summer is to focus on Western imagery. She has a shoot planned at a local reining barn and another with a woman western rider who has a variety of gorgeous horses. She’s hoping to plan several more before the leaves fall from the trees.
Over 700 new images include:
- 325 images of Horses alone – standing, running, grazing, and just being horses
- 215 images from Around the Barn, including hot shoeing, trailering and feeding
- 58 images from a recent visit to a working cattle ranch in California
- 54 images showing the bond between horses and humans
- 71 images of riders in a variety of settings, including young riders swimming their horses in golden sunlight
