Roping.com Launches New Training Video Series with World Champion Team Roper Jeremy Buhler and Leading Futurity Trainer Rhen Richard

Roping.com continues to bring the best competitors and teachers in the world together by adding leading futurity trainer and NFR header Rhen Richard and World Champion Team Roping Heeler Jeremy Buhler to the site.

Richard grew up riding and roping on his family’s ranch in Roosevelt, Utah, and has since gone on to accumulate more than $1.4 million in career earnings. Currently ranked sixth in the PRCA World Standings, Richard has become the hot talent in the rope horse futurity business so far in 2022, riding mostly home-raised horses. His latest win was in the heading at the American Rope Horse Futurity Association’s Arizona Sun Circuit aboard his homebred 2017 gelding, Hankies Version.

Buhler, Richard’s partner, is a three-time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Qualifier and the 2016 World Champion Team Roping Heeler. Buhler, who is from Arrowwood, Alberta, won the gold buckle with then-partner Levi Simpson, making them the first Canadians to win team roping world titles.

In their new video series on Roping.com, Richard and Buhler give viewers an exclusive look into their practice sessions, run breakdowns and more. They cover topics like:

  1. Green Horse Practice Sessions
  2. New Head Horse Practice Sessions
  3. Heel Swing Overhaul
  4. And more!
