The Leadline Podcast, part of Horse Radio Network, is pleased to announce an all-inclusive ranch retreat for equestrian entrepreneurs in Warrensburg, New York this coming fall.
Hosted by Mandee Flanders of The Leadline Podcast with special guest Kelly Giordano of Avenue Equestrian, the retreat will occur on October 11-14, 2022 at a remote ranch resort located approximately an hour north of Albany, New York.
The Leadline is most commonly recognized for its networking mixers and bi-weekly podcast. Founder Mandee Flanders, an experiential marketing specialist of 10+ years, is particularly focused on supporting the horse business community by creating memorable connections and experiences through events.
“After two years of hosting successful networking mixers at The Leadline, I’ve been itching to branch into other formats,” says Flanders. “People enjoy bonding over experiences. If someone asked you to go schmooze over drinks and appetizers for the next two hours while passing out business cards, well, not everyone is going to be up for that. Now what if, instead, you were invited to go hang out on a ranch, ride horses, and make the same connections? I wouldn’t even think twice about saying yes to that invitation!”
In addition to the onsite mastermind sessions and business trainings being presented by The Leadline, retreat guests will also have access to all ranch amenities such as trail riding, kayaking, indoor pool and hot tub, and onsite spa services.
