International Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, October 26-28, 2023, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa.
Join PATH Intl. at the 2023 International Conference to showcase your products, services, expertise, and solutions to over 500 equine-assisted services providers. The PATH Intl. International Conference is the largest education event in the equine-assisted services industry. The conference provides over 50 educational breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and industry recognition and awards including the coveted James Brady Professional Achievement Award. For 2023 PATH Intl. is bringing back some attendee and vendor favorites including fireside chats with industry professionals, the silent auction and the PATH Intl. Merchandise Booth. PATH Intl. is moving to a two year rotation for hosting the International Conference so there will not be another opportunity to reach this specific group of attendees until 2025.
The Exhibitor Center will be open for more than 12 hours over three days to provide representatives ample time to interact with attendees and showcase offerings to center decision-makers and current and potential customers. There are just 30 booths available, with prices ranging from $700 to $900 with special pricing for PATH Intl. Members and sponsors. Beyond the included 8’x8’ booth setup and access to our attendees, exhibit booths offer promotion to over 7000 equine professionals through PATH Intl. eNews, social media postings across platforms reaching over 21,000 followers on Facebook alone, an opportunity to add promotional materials to attendees’ registration bags and more.
