Our Visitors Want Your Publications

Distribute your equine-related magazines at Equine Affaire this spring!

Do you own, produce, or publish a magazine related to the horse industry? If you’re searching for more subscribers and looking for a way to increase your circulation numbers, consider distributing your publication at Equine Affaire! This spring, tens of thousands of horse lovers and equine enthusiasts will visit the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, OH, on April 11-14, 2024, to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of Equine Affaire in Ohio. Always hungry for knowledge and eager to invest in their equestrian education, our attendees love the opportunity to browse our official distribution tables and take home sample copies of horse magazines, educational pamphlets, flyers, and more. If you’d like to put your magazines in their hands, keep reading to find out how!

In addition to offering educational clinics, fun competitions, interactive activities, and endless opportunities for networking with industry professionals, Equine Affaire is home to the largest horse-related trade show in North America. The trade show sprawls across multiple buildings at the Ohio Expo Center and includes hundreds of booths and displays presented by some of the industry’s most popular companies and brands. Year after year, in our attendee surveys, our visitors rank shopping and exploring the trade show as one of their top reasons for attending the event.

Equine Affaire offers companies and organizations like yours the option of distributing equine-related printed materials on our official distribution tables, which are placed at key traffic points in the trade show. Single or double-sheet flyers and brochures as well as publications, newspapers, and catalogs are accepted in quantities ranging from 200 to 4,000. Our distribution fees start at $50, and nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 15% discount. If you have questions about the distribution program or you’d like to participate, reach out to Allison Rehnborg at arehnborg@equineaffaire.com and request a distribution form today. The clock is ticking, but there’s still time to participate and get your magazines in front of our attendees!
